Job roles :

• Apply the most efficient ways to find most suitable candidates for clients.
• Involve the whole matching process including analyzing the clients vacancy requirements, searching & selecting talents, interview and payroll issues. And take necessary follow-up actions for both clients and candidates.
• Provide good service and keep good relationship with existing clients and candidates. Also be able to develop new clients and candidates.

The qualifications :

• Candidate must own bachelor or master degree from any major. At least 10 years work experiences is required.

• Candidate must have good personality with ethic and service attitude. He/she can work independently but also a good team work player.

• Be able to develop new clients and candidates and setup the databases.

• Good at English and communication skills.

• Candidate has local/foreign head-hunter service experiences is preferred.
